Same problem here on the latest win64 build. Deleting BF folder from AppData and --factory-startup don't help.
Don't know if it's related, but on a couple of latest dailies Blender hangs up before loading up the UI

Just realized it's caused by Power Sequencer. Don't know if that makes this a completely Invalid report though, since it is a bundled add-on.

Going back to an older build(e3f89237fecc), I had the messed up theme until reset fixed it. Don't know if it means anything...
@soulfire (vejn) nodes are/do connect, it's just that the lines are transparent

@Clément Foucault (fclem) will it be possible to separate object and camera motion blur, i.e. render with object motion blur, but no camera motion blur?

But Blender supports other DDS formats, something that I can't find a mention of in the manual, btw. It's just that, textures with this codec(BC7) don't load.

To be clear, the desired behavior is that of Blender 2.7x, where closing Blender after creating a new file(default scene) would not touch the quit.blend

I can confirm this as well. Clipping is broken in Ortho views. It seems to act as if the camera is in the world center thus ignoring your viewport zoom level and always clipping the same plane.
Perspective clip start seems to work as usual.
