This need to apply the transforms before export/save the file something like in blender "bpy.ops.object.transform_apply(location=True, rotation=True, scale=True)" because when open in Unreal Engine 4 for example the model and the skeleton is in with good sizes but at move the bones in the editor move like 0.01 % of the real movement.
