And the question is: if I Scale in X-1 when this are fixed all of the textures stay inverted?

I have exactly the same problem. If use Smart UV project the texture image is inverted. But if I use Unwrap it works fine.

Yes I have 2 monitors with different resolution. I think is the same problem.

First, If you have render in image window it works fine. :) but.... now more details to try to reproduce this issue:
