Thanks for the reply tehtoast, the problem I'm facing is that I don't only use Blender for humanoid skeletal animation, I also use it a lot as a level editor with many different objects, some of them with simple animations but based on armature/bones, if I export them separately, I lose the position in 3D global space, as I drag them in Unity from the Assets panel to the Scene window to any position.
