Happens to me but only sporadically. Took a little bit of time to reproduce it. If I open the file, I can switch to the brush via assigned shortcut or the tools panel. It's only when I have done several actions; modesets, brushselects, brushstrokes, etc.

There is no suffix in the name to symmetrize bones(.L , _L, left).
Best to use the autoname feature in armature editmode. Select the half you want to autoname and right click. This pops up your armature context menu.

Normals do not behave normally if the bump node is within a node group. The Bump node has extra hidden code now. These hidden values are Height_dx and Height_dy.
Steps:
If you group a single bump node you can get these hidden Height values. Once grouped, the Height_dx/dy can be influenced outside the node. Even if it doesn't look like it's connected to anything.

Same thing happened to me. This button doesn't work well with two bindings.
For now if you want to change it, you'll have to find it in the keymap and set it there.
It's normally set to Alt-Z in the "Blender" Keymap.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is due to settings and material setup.
The SSS radius is set too high for the scale of your object. Subsurface scattering samples needs to be changed for Eevee.

Update.
As long as X-ray is toggled ON, then everything works and no problems.. Blender crashes if you do as mentioned while it is toggled OFF.
