When saving the Blendfile where the Armature has reached zero users, but having a Proxy of it created, it will recalculate the users count when opening the file, but the Proxy relation will be broken and the linked rig will not follow the proxy.
object.proxy is None but object.proxy_collection is still pointing to the collection.
Only recreating the Proxy in the newly opened blendfile fixes the relation again.

Another problem with mipmapping happens when using non-continuous texture coordinates like white noise.
I guess the automatic mip level calculation fails as dfdx and dfdy calculation does not make sense for this usage.
This only happens for Linear Interpolation.

The initial bugreport is still valid, as the behavior of the operator is still broken.

@noki paike (amonpaike) factory resetting didn't fix it on my linux machine (havent't tried it anywhere else yet)
@Germano Cavalcante (mano-wii) It seems to work in 2.82
For 2.81 i testet it on two different Windows 10 machines and a linux machine. I get the same broken behaviour everywhere but only in 2.81. It seems to work normal in 2.82.

@Zach Hixson (zachThePerson) ooh right, but it doesn't seem like it's behaivour is like it should be, after a few clicks / shift + clicks, it toggles both objects and collections together instead of switching between the two, somehow the logic behind it seems weird.
I have the same Problem.
Turning off Filter is a workaround for now, it seems that the Objects & Collections Blender IDs filter does not do what its name says.

Wrong z-testing only happens to Grase pencil Stroke, not to alpha blend material.
I wonder whats the difference in rendering.
As the sphere is opaque it writes to z-buffer, so if alpha blend shader does depth testing against z-buffer it should be occluded correctly.
