Julian, I agree there can be a limit to avoid glitches, just with I could pan a little more, while having the camera limits on the viewport, because it is hindering my workflow this way. Anyway, with changing the proportions of the editor "hack" it is definitely not crucial.

Demeter, I understand it is useful when you have some experience with it, and are used to this, but it is very confusing and unintuitive for someone new or even someone experienced but don't use that method much, it took me some time to figure out what was going wrong with it, and I do some skinning too.

I'm on ubuntu 18.04, with the default gnome desktop.
Had some troubles with removing the drivers but luckly didn't had to reinstall ubuntu, it does work now! have been modelling for about 10 minutes when it always crashed in about 10 seconds, so it was my drivers then.

Hi, It would be very useful for me to have the vertex group or any other way, to affect bevel size per vertice, something like this:
I added the image to the right click select post too, please let me know if it is not ok here, thanks!
that is sad for me unfortunately since there is no other way to do this in blender without just working on geometry and loosing editability :( this was a great feature for me, on this project and other stuff ive used it before (RIP).
