I did the tracking only in blender. When I felt I had a shot that was usable, I clicked constrain to fcurves. Then I would export to AE.
I needed the keyframes so I could export the camera to After Effects.
I assume that keyframes should only show up when you have the camera selected. The problem I was running into was they were showing on the timeline even if I was selecing an object with 3 keyframes.

I have added the file called WAS1_109_011_030_v03.blend . Please note that this is from confidential client work but I figure it is pretty safe since there are no plates here.

No problem, just want to help.
I had made another example when I made a simple curved wall. Flat.jpg is the object with the Flat shading applied and the smooth.jpg is the same object with smooth shading applied to the object
