Patrice (metal3d) added a comment to T73183: Combine XYZ with input value gives a bad vector to bind.

It seems that rotation input wants radians, while the mapping value is set in degrees. That's finally not a bug but a display confusion. Maybe change documentation ?

Patrice (metal3d) added a comment to T73024: Official built of Blender crashes with opencl-intel package installed - not if I compile Blender myself or using fedora package.

The problem remains with 2.82 beta, downloaded from blender.org. Blender freezes at start time, no way to exit. IfI build my own, no problem.

Note that the problem is very similar with https://developer.blender.org/T68052 - I needed to remove Clover too.

You can see that comment: https://github.com/intel/compute-runtime/issues/194#issuecomment-517619116 it seems that the official build uses static LLVM

What I'm reporting is that "your" built is not compatible with LuxCore addon with Intel, while the one I compiled myself on Fedora or the RPM from repository is OK. Actually there is another problem:

I confirm that compiling myself with fedora openimage opencolor oidn and so on... is OK. The interface doesn't freeze when I go to settings, and LuxCoreRender works.

Patrice (metal3d) added a comment to T54287: Memory not freed after rendering with 2.79a.

I confirm that MALLOC_CONF changed the behavior on my computer with 20G RAM and 1060 ti (3g) NVidia card on Fedora 28. Memory seems to be cleaned and I do not have computer freeze after several renders.

Seems to be related to what I reported here https://developer.blender.org/T56825 I'll try the MALLOC option

Ok I can give you a simple .blend file and a log file where the date, nvidia-smi and "free -m" output is done. Each time I pressed F12 and the render is finished, I logged that output.

The step is simple. Make a scene and rendre it several times. You should see that memory is not freed.

FYI, I had the problem too and used latest build on https://builder.blender.org/download/ that resolved the problem.

EDIT, unlink node crashes blender too. The only way is to not create a black image... and so I can't use my painted texture in render
