This bug is fixed in UPBGE in this commit: 3b9afe545f49d8cc47fd4ae895db5dab1fc88325. I noticed blender developers about this issue and get no answers on the way i'm fixing it.

@Inês Almeida (brita_), @Jorge Bernal (lordloki), I noticed something about the world scaling of the objects. It is computed by only multiplying the local scale of parent and child objects without taking account of the rotation. So if we have an object without children, the world scale is the local scale even if the object is rotated which seems doubtful as world should be for world space…

  • There is a bool property ? A property displayed in UI as a simple check box.
  • How to make a property owning the selected value in a enum ?

Porteries Tristan (panzergame) resigned from D2404: Fix: get bgl methods working with buffer objects.

@Thomas Szepe (hg1) : I used the O&python parsing to call a special function checking between the buffer conversion and the integer conversion. It avoids using a second function wrapper doing a lazy check by clearing the conversion error.

@Bastien Montagne (mont29) : The UPBGE versioning can be forgotten of the review.
About PythonComponent, the properties are create when we create the python component so when we load the python component class. To find these values we need to acces the python component class args attribute, see https://pythonapi.upbge.org/bge.types.KX_PythonComponent.html for more details.

@Angus Hollands (agoose77): in the patch we first copy the actual sys.modules then set the clean one and at the game end we restore the copy of the actual sys.modules. So everything is ok.

Apparently clear the sys.modules dictionnary before run the BGE and after run your script make it works. But it means that the BGE can't work on a python "context" modified by blender. So i propose to do like BGE : at blender start make a copy of the sys.modules and when laucnh the BGE load this copied dictionnary.

@Sybren A. Stüvel (sybren), as i understand the GameLogic module is never freed and reused the next frame because it contains only "globalDict" which is set as game end if we just reload an other file.
