With new undo enebled align to 3DCursor working ok.

In Blender 2.90 Alpha with new undo enabled. Undo in object mode in heavy scene (over 12M tris) increased from 33sec (Blender 2.82) to 1 second. Bravo devs!

Now blender file browser use full line selection and clicking on empty space in this mode is useless. Especially when a lot of files are displayed in the window.
For example in Directory Opus (windows explorer replacement program) i use selection only on filename and have a lot of empty space and its very easy to go parent by double clicking on empty space.

I set Clip Start to 0.001 and Clip end to 0.1 and problem is still there.
No. I change Clip Start to 0.0001m and in the close zoom is still the same

When i do every steps but without double clicking on render view titlebar. After shift+s browser window looks ok. Top menu is visible.
I check on 3 different computers (all with windows10 64 bit) with newest blender.
Every time i have the same result.

For me is very handy to have render window on second monitor. I have 2 monitors. Main one is 2560x1440 and second (with render window) 1920x1200.
When i press F12 to render and after finish or during render zoom out to see whole image when i try to save image i have this problem.

Yes they show up (default fonts). But without those missing by blender fonts. So You are right fonts are linked and not actually in that directory.
After run this command:
Other programs see those fonts without problem.
When i select a different font directory (no windows/fonts) Blender see all the fonts, both TTF and OTF format. And loads them without a problem.
When i right click on a font (which the blender can not see in the windows/Fonts directory) and click install (or install for all users) font appears in windows/fonts directory but blender do not see him. But in different directory he sees without a problem.
All installed fonts are in Windows/Fonts directory.
1 - Folder - Windows/Fonts in Directory Opus on Windows 10
In User preferences i have set to Windows/Fonts folder.
Blender see only default fonts.
All font blender dont see is ttf format.
