Wow you guys, you actually did it. looking at a perfect 50 samples render of the concerning bug file. You guys are awesome. Actually this stuff is for a blender course i am making. Be sure that i will talk about the awesome work and support you all are giving to the blender community.

It seems this is not possible for me because i have to render other renderlayers, i will however increase sample and crank up the denoiser for that layer, which seem to work ok for the scene. Thanks for your help and i hope that the noise issue could be solved in the future.

I have indeed putted the collision shape to mesh en have enable derforming option and have tried to put the final option, nothing seem to work.
hope you can open the blend file now.

Thanks for all your support with this bug. Campbell to answer your question about how the mesh was created. That particular problematic mesh was created many weeks ago in blender in the same blend file. like the other buildings. i did not modify anything about that mesh in many weeks and then without reason the bug appeared even though i could perfectly access that layer some hours ago.
i will add a blend file where you can access that layer because what i did was just added my newer building to a older iteration file i made some day ago for safety (turned out to be wise) so i could continue with the new file without problems and the problematic mesh was not problematic even though its an exactly the same as the one that gave the problems. perhaps you can find out more now that you guys are able to inspect the mesh of map north 004
