Oops, sorry about that. you were right I guess I did copy the addons folder from 2.78a to the new version.
It works ok now with a clean version :)
Yes I downloaded from blender's website.
all the blender versions are unpacked on different folder
the command line also didn't seem to help.

just reminding that the propogate tool is still not working.
it works now only on selected keyframes. but everything still gets the same value.

Im not sure why there is the option for "Only Deform Bones" at all, if it`s exporting parent bones as well (when using rigify eventually all the bones are being exported).
I think it`s currently confusing.
Anyway, the Armature Deform script got some improvements, and now it has also the option to bake all the actions from control rig to armature deform, and a simple UI as well.

Yeah eventually it`s just a work around script.
I also added "bake all action" to the script and someone else also added a ui. this is right now the best solution that I found for exporting animations.

Sounds grate (merging the tools).
Oh, I was never aware of this function, and never found any info about it. I was wondering how come there is nothing similiar.
anyway I was trying now to achieve the same affect with Propagate pose, on the same animations from the video, but I couldn't really work it out. Especially when it comes to changing the whole pose of a walk cycle, and also when I tried to influence moving holds, unless I'm missing something.

Hi, isn't it possible to add operators to external addons? I'm not sure if these operators are something that really should be in core blender.
