@liveasx Stop removing people following the patch, that is another kind of useless rudeness. That is also your final warning, next time I’ll have to disable your account. We do not have time to deal further with that kind of behavior.
@liveasx As for your “Team or Person” concern, I have to clarify that we have a voluntary translation team for manual and UI maintenance.
A sticky post have been here for bug report and user feedback.
Nevertheless, patch submission is a more appreciated way to improve the UI translation.
But I think you should pay more attention to quality of your patch(a totally mess in your patch, review progress still at 1/7) and the way you express yourself(your vulgar words above).
For example, clip in clip Alpha means cut(截断), not movie clip(剪辑).

@Bastien Montagne (mont29) zdy (NGENNGT) is not a team, just a personal, the Chinese translation is very very bad, I give Blend a little contribution.. I have fixed a lot of translations and added a lot. I feel that they are hindering the development of chinese in Blender!

@liveasx I do not read Chinese (as a side note to everyone, communicating in English is required on this site, so that everybody can follow), but for what I can see here, you are not behaving properly. @zdy (NGENNGT) and his team have been working on this translation for several years already, and they are responsible for it currently as far as I am concerned.

"Axis" string is sometimes used as a plural word. (Should be "Axes" in such cases).

Currently (as of hash: rB0ee75698d05e downloaded today) the tooltips (showing both tool name and description) for the Tools icons in the 3D View are showing untranslated.
I remember I have translated strings for the tools names and tooltips, but they are not showing there.

Considering it works on windows for you means its not something on the server side, at the same time, im not sure why this is failing for you. Maybe try to clear previously-saved credentials, by deleting ~/.subversion/auth

*on particles Parent/Child:
There is a difference in that child particles are "derived" or "interpolated" particles, created and related not to a single parent particle (and its properties), but to several parent particles. I mean, "Parent"particles are particles which are fully independent on its own, but the "child" particles are not standard particles that have been attached to the main ones, in some sort of object hierarchical relationship, but instead are interpolated particles that do not even have their own parameters and therefore use the weighted parameters of nearby main particles to just exist.
So, it's not the same type of hierachical relationship users know from object parent/child relationships, and believe me (at least in Spanish) the particle parent/child terminology used for standard object hierarchies looks weird for this kind of stuff. :-/
