Thomas Szepe (hg1) added a comment to D1461: BGE: Skybox.

As I know the BGE use the cube map only to render object refections and still not render a background cube map. Actually Blender only render it in the viewport but not in the BGE.
I think you're confusing that with UPBGE where world background rendering is working.

This is saving from an older inkscape making 100's of unrelated changes to the XML, probably they can be removed.

I think we don't see the text changes of the svg file in the commit.
The 100's of unrelated changes are by changing the zoom and position of the view.

Would use defines for move directions (PROPERTIES_MOVE_UP & co), makes code cleaner and easier to read. Otherwise looks good to me.

I wouldn't say dnd should be the only way to order the stuff, in some cases it might be just faster to single-click on a button than dragging stuff around. So IMO the patch is still valid.

After this commit 072d80a9de3 the SCA name duplication follows a behaviour similar to blender one. Even when you use python to create the SCAs you can not create SCAs with duplicate names.
