Cleanup: Remove disabled edge slide keymap feature

This feature has been disabled since 2.80 but the feature description was still visible in the UI.

Addresses part of T101429

Breaking changes:

- Removes `EDGESLIDE_EDGE_NEXT`
- Removes `EDGESLIDE_PREV_NEXT`
