The maximum OpenGL version supported by Intel HD Graphics is the `4.0`
However the solution rB75a759ea5e9a , makes GHOST accept the version `4.2` on Windows!
And this is causing problems. (See picture)
The solution of this patch is to limit the tests only to version `3.3`.
Since version `3.3` is the minimum supported in blender2.8, I do not see why trying versions above this.
(I did not find another way to get the maximum opengl version supported by the system)
