**Short description of error**
Using a custom location for config.ocio results in fail to start
If I set the "OCIO" env variable to the current location of Blender's config.ocio it launches fine. If I put the same config.ocio file in a different location on disk and point the "OCIO" variable to that location Blender will not launch. No errors are written to the console.
**Exact steps for others to reproduce the error**
Using the command prompt ...
- copy config.ocio from .\blender\blender-2.80rc2-windows64\2.80\datafiles\colormanagement\config.ocio to c:\temp
- I navigate to the blender location,
C:\Program Files (other)\blender\blender-2.80rc2-windows64
- set the OCIO environment variable,
- run Blender,
C:\Program Files (other)\blender\blender-2.80rc2-windows64>blender
Color management: Using C:\temp\config.ocio as a configuration file
After which the command prompt receives focus back since Blender seems to cancel it's launch.
