Operating system: Windows 11 Home 64 bit
Graphics card: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80 When exporting FBX files the upper chest bone goes missing in the armature so now there was a missing bone after the export
Worked: I've always had this problem, regardless what version of blender

Short description of error

I tried multiple times to export an FBX file but each time i do there's bones missing, the upper chest so the armature is never complete, I believe there's a few finger bones that could have been missing too

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

would there be a fix to be able to export without taking out any bones?
