I've already tried all in my purpose and it still doesn´t work. I even watched all the tutorials availables. Actually, I changed blender priorities to real time at windows task manager and the issue isn't been solved.

Hi, thanks for the report. Does it work when you open blender from
blender_factory_startup.cmd
batch file? (File located in the blender executable directory)Does the freeze happen after opening a particular blend file or default scene is enough for it?
Hi...thanks for your help. I tried to open those archives from blender directory and it works.
Before yours instructions I've always use blender icon at windows task bar.

Hi, thanks for the update. Then please reset your preferences once you open blender from that patch file. So that you'll be able to run blender.exe without such issue.
For resetting the preferences, do: {nav Edit > Preferences} -> Click on bottom left option -> {nav Load Factory Preferences > Save Preferences}
I assume issue was due to fault add-on? Any idea which add-on was causing this?
Closing the report since factory reset has solved the issue.
