Short description of error
When moving the mouse across the 3D viewport while doing an action that can make use of infinite drag (E.G. rotating the view, or moving an object), the cursor can sometimes get stuck on the edge of the screen.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open Blender.
  2. Setup Blender such that the left side of the 3D viewport is touching the left side of your monitor (and you don't have an extra monitor setup beside it)
  3. Do an action that benefits from infinite drag (rotate the 3D viewport, move an object, etc) and move your cursor to the left side of the 3D viewport. I've found that moving faster was more likely to reproduce the issue.
  4. Sometimes the cursor will get stuck on the edge of the screen rather than wrapping to the other side of the 3D viewport and you need to move the cursor back and forth before it wraps.

This issue is most likely limited to Windows and is every similar to #103253
