%%%The previous bug report [#18872] reported the problem for the Linux. #18872 reports fixing the bug for linux, but the problem still occurs in the Windows 32bit version of 2.49b.

Version of 2.5 Alpha2 (32bit windows) has the same problem.

Version 2.48a (32bit Windows)works without the pumpkin flipping.

My Computer Specs
Toshiba Portege M750
OS: Windows XP sevice pack 3
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU P8400 @ 2.26GHz
2.87 GB of RAM
Blender 2.49b using OpenGL

%%%Dalai, want to take a look at this?

Ronald: Please give clearer instruction on what the problem is, what the expected behaviour should be, and how to reproduce this problem. thanks%%%

%%%Ronald, there is really not enough information here to understand/fix this bug.
It will be of great help as well if you can make an independent file showing only this bug. As simple as possible please.
Thanks
(moving to the game engine tracking since this bug is not particular to Blender 2.5)%%%

%%%Behaviour:
There are two behaviours the pumpkin performs by the user: (1) jump forward and (2) turn (on the spot). Jump Forward works fine so long as Turning is not performed. However, when Turning, the pumpkin will begin to roll shortly after it begins turning and then quickly 'rolls' off the map (horizontally).

Reproduce:
To reproduce the problem, load my blend file and begin playing the game. Use the Left and Right Arrow keys to turn. Use the Up Arrow to move forward (achieved by jumping forward). Activate the game by (1) placing the mouse pointer in the 3D Window and then (2) press the Pkey. Press the Escape key to stop the game.

Coding:
To turn left and right (using the Left and Right Arrow key), the instructions said to set the Actuator torque to +3.00 and -3.00 (respectively). Subsequently I found setting Rotation to +0.10 and -0.10 to actually work.
The code is contain with the Pumpkin; the name given to this object is 'Pump' (see the Outliner Window).%%%
