Wrong profile name in config.ocio causes crash #33166

%%%In the config.ocio the user can enter the name of a custom 3DLUT in two places. I found out if the two names don't
match Blender can crash when trying to render or view an image with the profile active.

Launch configociocrash.blend, turn on 'Profiled' on the Colour Management panel. On rendering or viewing an image ' View as Render' Blender will crash.

Testing with 2.64.9 svn -r 52079 and later.
I tested also with 2.64a which prints a 'profile not found' message in the console, but the svn build crashes.

Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit
Building with cmake
