Blender Version
Broken: 2.69 r60995

Short description of error
OBJ files exported by blender itself can not be importet back if data represents disconnected vertices.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open blender, clear scene, add for example, Plane, go Edit mode, delete only Edges & faces. Export Wavefront OBJ and try import it back.
