Bad size for the window frame of blender #39153

System Information
MacBook Pro with external display attached. (Two screens)
Mac OSX Mavericks (10.9.2)
NVidia 330M

Blender Version
Broken: 2.70 Release Candidate Hash:2525f9c
Also fails compiling from repository on my last pull. Full Hash: 67fc520ab8

Short description of error
When opening blender the system windows opens with the full screen size. But internal frame of blender doesn't occupies the full window space.

The internal size seams the size of my MacBook screen size, the external one is the external monitor.

Just opening blender

Continue with testing:

  • Also mouse input (position) is calculated wrong. Blender thinks that the mouse is lower than it really is.
  • Just touching the window bar makes blender draw in full-size.
  • If I touch the maximize button from the window (well... green button/ fit to screen) the window goes the size of the smaller frame.
