Face assigned textures bake too bright #39233

System Information
Operating system and graphics card
Linux mint 64 bit, GTX275 (tested 32 bit also)

Blender Version
Broken: (example: 2.69.7 4b206af, see splash screen)
2.68, 2.69, 2.70RC2, 2e41a4b
Worked: (optional)

Short description of error
When baking face assigned textures (no texture assigned in texture button) the bake appears too light.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Open the .blend file provided and click the bake button.

Notice the brightness of the baked texture when compared to the original bricks texture (also included).

The .blend provided has face textures ticked in the material button and a bricks textures assigned to the first UV map. The second UV map is being baked to.

I think it's to do with the colour management profile? Appears to add roughly 2.2 gamma to the baked image.

Switching the Colour management display device from sRGB to "none" and baking again appears to "fix" it, however regular textures, assigned in the texture button do not appear to suffer from this.

Cheers!
