blurring bug in the compositor #40448

Windows 7
nvidia gforce 210m

and Windows 8.1
nvidia gforce 630m

Blender Version
Broken: 2.70a
Worked:tested in 2.69 and 2.66

if i start blurring in the compositor with fast gaussian. with smaller chunksize a border disappears in the render.

just Need to render the attached blendfile to see the result. blurr.blend

Please check with our test builds (or night builds), 2.70a is rather old now…

Also, please note fast gaussian is more a "preview" tool than a production one, it makes quite a bit of simplifications…

tested now with blender-2.70-abec198-win64-vc9 and still have the Problems with it

im sure the squared border that happens is unintentioned.
i showed the renders in Forum and they said ist a bug i should Report it.

with 2.69 it works how it should.
