Just committed a fix for info text.

Can’t confirm issue with tabs, though, they look OK to me, so for now will consider the bug fixed, please check one of this night’s builds from our buildbot to check it.

About Black tabs - Try this:
Set "Back to Black" theme. Then set Modo theme. You will see black tabs in the Modo theme.

It seems only Elisiun, Back to Black, Softimage, Blender 24x, Hexagon, UbuntuAmbience have own Tab Colors. Al other themes have no own Tab Colors.

@mont29 I also found that text is blurred on the left tab for these themes:

Just take a look at "UVUtility", "Edit", "History" names. They are very blurry.
It's difficult to use them, because eyes bacome difficult to see.

Especially it's seen when the left tab is transparent.

Maya, Modo, Amarath, Blender24x are ok. Text is not blurred.

Text is not blurred, these are just missing settings from our contrib themes, will update that asap.
