A text object needs to be converted to a mesh object, because the Boolean Modifier is not avaible for Text Objects.

Next time: can you pls. add a exact Desciption as well as the exact addon name, for example:
Short description of error
Fracture Tools: Fracture Object > error with text objects

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Add a text object
execute "Fracture Object" (via search)

@Leon95 Would rather avoid being too smart here, esp. since this addon is not really supported since a long time now it seems… Will just add poll funcs that hides fracture ops when selected object is not a mesh.
