The same happens with my HD 6520G and 4GBs of RAM. I've tested with 15.7 and 14.12 drivers on Windows 7 64.

@last1done, pleae grab this build https://builder.blender.org/download/blender-2.75-8500446-win64.zip (or any later win64 scons builds from buildbot) and do the following:
--debug-cycles
command line argumentHelp -> System Info
and attach generated system-info.txt file to this report@raploz, currently only GCN cards are supported, your card is not GCN. See release notes for the details.
system-info.txt Blender System info
blender console output.txt Blender console output
^I'm guessing line 14 of the text (I did not reformat for proper line breaks, it is left exactly as it was in the console) ignoting is supposed to be ignoring?
Thanks!

It's not really a Blender bug, it's just driver not capable of building some of the kernels.
I've committed some workarounds which are related on disabling code in kernel which is not needed to render scene, so simplier scenes should be working fine now. Hopefully. Those fixes are included into the latest builds from https://builder.blender.org/download/
We're also collecting such reports in there http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Dev:2.6/Source/Render/Cycles/OpenCL to use it as a reference for AMD developers once they'll be working on solving their driver.
So thanks for the report, but it's not much else we can do here.
