New Depsgraph - Sorry @Sergey
Empties have follow track constraint
scaling depth object crashes blender

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. open blender with new depsgraph enabled
  2. select the big plane
  3. press s
  4. move mouse frantically
  5. CRASH
