Zoom to Mouse Position in Clip Editor fails when using anamorphic footage #56833

System Information
elementaryOS 0.4.1, GTX1080

Blender Version
Broken: 2.79, bb98eef
Worked: (optional)

Short description of error
When working with anamorphic footage I usually set the pixel aspect ratio to 2 (clip.camera.tracking.pixel_aspect), in order to get a proper view of the footage.
Now, especially when rotoscoping I need to work zoomed in quite a lot, to see the details. However, I cannot correctly zoom in/out of the area I want to work on properly, because apparently the zoom doesnt take the new image dimensions into account. Same problem when I keep camera aspect ratio at 1 but set Clip Editor display aspect ratio to 2.
Interestingly it does work fine in the Image Editor, when I can also set the Display Aspect Ratio to 2.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Unpack this file: pixel_aspect_ratio_zoom.zip
Then open the blendfile and load the image in both the clip editor and the image editor.
Try to zoom in on the mask on the right.
It works fine in the image editor on top, but zooms to the wrong position in the clip editor.
