Texture Paint N-Panel error in click detection on right-aligned buttons because margin to scroll bar is too small #85373

Broken: version: 2.91.2, branch: master, commit date: 2021-01-19 16:15, hash: 5be9ef4177
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
as far as I know there was a small (and useful!) fix to up the margin along window edges to make blender recognize the mouse in a wider margin when resizing windows or opening new workspaces, but the texture paint N-Panel should account for that and place all buttons and sliders aligned to the right with a wider margin to the border and the scrollbar. At the moment, when you are close to the border with the mouse blender does not recognise a click. I noticed while dragging the value slider of the color picker and dragging the scrollbar instead. small fix but improves quality if life. Keep up the good work blender devs!

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
switch to texture paint
open the n-panel > tool
try to click or drag a button/slider aligned to the right with the mouse within 2-3px of the border and blender does not detect the click on the button but on the scrollbar

I can confirm this on 2.93.0 Alpha, branch: master, commit date: 2021-02-05 13:39, hash: 7054d03701. The click is not recognized even if the mouse is clearly on the button/gizmo.
