I cannot seem to reproduce the issue.

Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 460.56
Probably just another of driver issues to the pile for AMD. But i notice a very obvious white artifact in your screenshot, that is not correct either and would not be usable in production. What about that?
Changed status from 'Needs Triage' to: 'Needs User Info'
Yes, there are some fireflies in the screenshot. Though that would be a separate issue and would have to be reported in a separate task.
Could you give the exact date and hash for the 2.93 alpha that was used?
here i just tested it with latest master 2.93 as of now blender-2.93.0-745576b16e32-windows64 and issue is still there
Why dont you make that report then? we need crrotppt mate to be good!
Changed status from 'Needs User Info' to: 'Needs Triage'
This may be a windows specific issue. Needs someone on windows to confirm.
