System Information
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060

Blender Version
2.92.0

Short description of error

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I create a Mesh Plane and simple modeling, I add an array modifier of count 3. It works everything fine, till I save project and reopen it, and array count is back to 2! I did in 2 different projects and same bug.

Thanks,

Peter

Cannot reproduce, neither in 2.92.0 nor in current master 3.0.0. Tested on Linux.
Is it consisstent? If it is consistent, somebody with windows should test, you can also try to make a video clearly showing it.

Sure, what's the best way to make a video on PC? I can send a file for you to test it. I have screenshots:

After file is saved, closed and reopened right after:

@piclez You have a keyframe set on the Count property. Remove the keyframe ({key RMB} on the Count property > Delete Keyframe) and it should allow you to change it.

Thank you @rjg, thank resolved it! Sorry but how that keyframe showed up there and what does it mean to have a keyframe? Thanks again.

@piclez You probably accidentally clicked on the diamond shape next to the property. In Blender, most properties can be keyframed, meaning that you are able to animate the value over time. You can set a keyframe, change the frame in the timeline, change the value of the property, and finally set a new keyframe. Now the value will change (default will be linear interpolation) over time.

Closing as this is not a bug.
