Blender Version
Broken: 2.93

Short description of error
With Grease pencil add-on enabled, changing the key for time scrub does not work.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Enable Grease pencil tools add-on
Scrubbing with {key Alt MMB} will work
Change the key for time scrub from keymap (lets say {key Shift MMB}
Try to scrub again
(It will not work and will stuck on the very first frame)

Can not reproduce on 2.93LTS with Industry compatible keymap.

Change the keymap for underlined name works for me at least. Can you please check if it works after doing this change?

Yes that is mapped the same in mine. However look at this in the keymap

With this set, in my keymap Alt-MMB gives the scrub in Object mode (not clear to me why this happens in Object without a Grease Pencil object), and problematically it overrides Alt-MMB for Pan setting you show above.

Now change it to this

Now scrub - the scrub doesn't work properly.

Yes that is mapped the same in mine. However look at this in the keymap ![image.png](https://archive.blender.org/developer/F10267735/image.png) With this set, in my keymap Alt-MMB gives the scrub in Object mode (not clear to me why this happens in Object without a Grease Pencil object), and problematically it overrides Alt-MMB for Pan setting you show above. Looks like the reported issue is duplicate of blender/blender-addons#89904 (Addon: Grease Pencil Tool. Can`t scrub frames with manually changed hotkey)
