GLTF Exporting not working properly for my models with version 2.93 but works fine with version 2.90 #90215

System Information
Operating system: Windows 10 64 bit
Graphics card: 3070 ti

Blender Version
Broken: blender-2.93.1
Worked: 2.90

Short description of error
When I exported one of my skinned models in GLTF format and imported it into my game the (I assume animation matrix or vertex) data was a complete mess (random vertex
placement). I was convinced I had made a mistake with my own export settings but when I became sure it was a bug was when I loaded up an old .blend file I had made in 2.9.
This file was not edited at all and used the same export settings as in 2.9 - but now I was exporting in 2.93.1. When I exported I still got the same bug (complete vertex mess in game).
Then I uninstalled 2.93.1 and re-installed 2.9 and tried exporting that very same file and it worked fine. I can see that this file has not been modified for months, so im sure it was the version change that fixed the problem.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
The mesh has many animation tracks (around 66) export settings are as follows (uploaded image):

Unfortunately I cannot share this .blend file with you because I'm using it in a commercial product and have put a few hundred hours worth of work into it.

Did you check if the exported .gltf file (1) works if you import it back into Blender? (2) works in a glTF viewer like https://gltf-viewer.donmccurdy.com/?

In addition to @scurest’s suggestions, please try Blender versions 2.91 and 2.92 to try and narrow down when the change occurred.

Also please try using the latest daily builds of 2.93.2 and 3.0, to see if the issue has already been fixed.
