the addon always disappears and if I uncheck the addon or refresh the list it doesn't change anything

Thanks for the report. Not sure I understand the issue. Does the add-on disappear after disabling? Possibly Enabled Add-ons Only options is set to true.

Also: This report does not contain all the requested information, which is required for us to investigate the issue.

Be sure to provide system information, Blender version, the last Blender version which worked, and a .blend file with exact steps to reproduce the problem.
