Short description of error
The ALT + Q View Pie menu only works in object mode, reason being the shortcut is now used for mode transfer between multiple objects

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Enable 3D Viewport Pie Menus addon
In object mode press {key Alt Q} (Will display pie menu)
Preform same step in other object interaction mode (eg. edit mode)

This wouldn't be much of a problem, but since there isn't anyway to change the keymaps to call the pie menu, it means having to switch to object mode to use that functionality.
