System Information
Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: dual NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000
Driver: 472.12-quadro-rtx-desktop-notebook-win10-win11-64bit-international-dch-whql

Blender Version
Broken: 2.93.5
Worked: Not sure, I'm a new user

Short description of error
When I move Blender to 3rd monitor and use either "Open" or "Save", an error message pops up saying:

"Blender - Unsupported Graphics Card or Driver"
A graphics card and driver with support for OpenGL 3.3 or higher is required.
Installing the latest driver for your graphics card may resolve the issue.
The program will now close.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
If I move Blender to my 3rd monitor, the Open and Save dialog boxes will crash Blender. Doesn't happen on 1st or 2nd monitors.

Which monitors are plugged into which adapters? All three might have to be plugged into a single adapter to work correctly on Windows.

Harley, thank you for the reply. The 3rd monitor was indeed in the 2nd adapter. I put them all on the same adapter, and Blender no longer crashes. However... the previous setup wasn't an issue for any other application.

No worries Greg! How Windows handles OpenGL contexts on multiple adapters is quite weird, broken, and hard to explain easily. I also wish we could test for this situation and give a better error message, but in our code this looks the same as if you had a single adapter that is too old. We might be stuck with this until Vulcan.
