Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19043-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 471.68

Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.0.0 Beta, branch: master, commit date: 2021-11-02 22:38, hash: 11392829ad
Worked: (2.93.5)
in version 3.1.0 I observe the same problem
yabloko2.blend
Short description of error
[incorrect texture mapping in Cycles and when rendering in Eevee - everything is fine. The same situation with the final rendering - in version 2.93.5 - rendering of Eeve and Cycles looks correct in both cases, and in versions 3.0.0 and 3.1.0 rendering in Cycles is not correct]

I'm also unable to see any difference between Cycles in 2.93, 3.0 11392829ad, and latest 3.1 master.

I also tried unpacking the image textures, but it made no difference for me.

You could try the latest build to see if it was some temporary glitch. Otherwise it would help to narrow down where the difference is exactly, is it the roughness, base color, bump part of this shader? Is it impacted by e.g. denoising?

I tried again to get the correct result. I updated all drivers and installed the latest Blender 2.93.6, 3.0.0 Beta and 3.1.0 Alpha releases. I can't understand what the reason is, but again on Beta and Alpha - when rendering Cycles, the result is incorrect. According to your advice, I turned off all the reflection nodes and others, left the texture leash - the result unchanged (((I also tried to render with the processor and on the video card - the result is the same (((And on version 2.93.6 - in all scenarios it turns out the same correct result .... Tell me, what could be the matter ???? I attach screenshots

This is quite odd, I'm not sure what is causing it or why I can't reproduce it.

What could be worth trying:

  • Disable any add-ons you have (I see the little render previews above nodes), they could potentially interfere with things.
  • Check if saving the image in a different file format helps.
  • Try the very latest Blender version, 18 October is a while ago.
