No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.

I reinstalled Blender and it worked. My other PC had no issue. Just used the old userpref file and it was like nothing happen.

The 0.001 mm issue still exist though but it's ok. I just change the mm of the stage if I'm importing .stl files to modify or reference then just ignore the extra 000 (2mm = 2000mm on the edge measure) otherwise I have Massive zooming issues. I still have to scale up 100000% in 3D printing software to get it to work. The issue with that is something is off by 0.02 and things no longer line up.. I should probably just keep it in m format and ignore the other m which I'm going to do now with another launch save.
