cell fracture is not showing up in the object menu, even after enabling it

Hi, thanks for the report.
You can find it at- {nav object > Quick Effects > Cell fracture}
If that doesn't show up the option, reset your preferences (File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings) and enable Cell fracture add-on
