Device name CurtisAMay-PC
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4340 CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
Device ID F7193C75-337F-44BE-A446-4A125F371E44
Product ID 00330-80000-00000-AA780
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 2 touch points

All versions from 2.9 -3.1
everything is unbearably slow

after using Blender for several years now, it stopped working and I had to find a way to install/copy "opengl3.2 though the error message says I am missing Opengl3.3. I got all of the versions to work. However I can't get the simplest of my project or even the "General to respond to the mouse without waiting 10 - 30 seconds. Why did this Opengl3.3 need come about all of a sudden, and do I have to go and put a new graphics card in. what did you do?

Which GPU do you have? Make sure you use the latest GPU drivers as well.

You have totally stopped me from using Blender altogether. The one thing I really enjoyed doing. Thank you so very much. However may God bless you.

Please don't assign tasks to random people. If you answer my questions regarding your GPU I may be able to help you further.

I apologize, I was pretty much forced to put somebody into the task slot otherwise it would not have sent it. What is your question on my computers GPU? I will try to answer it or find the answer.

I asked for the name of your GPU. Do you have a inbuilt one or a dedicated one? You can upload the System Info by going to Help -> Save System Info and upload it here.

You have an Intel, AMD and NVIDIA GPU in your computer? If that is indeed the case, make sure the proper one (AMD or NVIDIA) are used to launch Blender.

Hi, do you've more than one monitor?
If yes, are they plugged in to same GPU?
We've received similar reports before on similar setup (Multi GPUs + monitors). see: #62651 (Dual monitor on separate graphics card driver error)

Thank you all; this will help and I will try to hook up my three screens on the same card as I think this is what you are saying.

Hi, yes. Please check and comment back if that makes any difference

Not sure of this means of communication. The last advice given to me was to make sure my main screens were plugged into the same graphics card. I took that advise and it seems to take care of the problem of the OpenGL32 problem on all versions of Blender. now I just need to work on the speed of the program. for some reason after getting my computer back from a computer fixit store it runs very slow. I have 16gb of ram that I put in way before I let this fixit shop look at my computer. not sure how to fix it because Blender is taking to long just to rotate my images with the mouse.

Hi, thanks for the information.

now I just need to work on the speed of the program. for some reason after getting my computer back from a computer fixit store it runs very slow

This seems different issue than the one stated in report description.
Please open a new report and describe the exact problem. Here on tracker, one bug per report is preferred so I'm closing this report.
Don't hesitate to comment if there is any misunderstanding. Thanks again for the report :)
