Blender Version
Broken: version: 3.1.0, branch: master, commit date: 2022-03-08 18:16, hash:
c77597cd0e
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)
Short description of error
When I try to use a subdivision surface modifier it comes up with holes and Blender crashes.
I think it is a problem with my hardware but I thought to report it just in case.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Apply a subdivision surface modifier to a mesh.

Please check if this happens with latest alpha build from https://builder.blender.org/download/daily/. If it doesn't please run file
blender_debug_gpu.cmd
and after crash upload created files. Also Check if turning off GPU subdivision in Preferences > Viewport helps.

Turning off GPU subdivision seems to have fixed the issue. Thank you!

CC @kevindietrich I can't reproduce this one and I am not aware of any confirmed task with glitches for intel GPUs, so not sure if this could be merged.

@MrFrog hi, can you update your GPU driver and test again?: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/products/80939/graphics.html
There was one but crash was introduced after 3.1 release: #97449 (GPU subdivision: Crash on adding subdivision surface modifier)
