System Information
Operating system: 19043.1645
Graphics card: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G

Blender Version
Broken: 3.1.2
Worked: 3.0.0

Short description of error
App closes sometimes when trying to open files (any files), export objects, clicking UI buttons etc. Often parts of text UI disappear, screen flickers white, monitor freezes for a few minutes, lots of lag. (Tried reverting to previous versions but also failed and had same issues as above)
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I don't believe there is any way to reproduce this error as this occured randomly once i updated to 3.1.2.

Graphics card: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G

AMD Ryzen 3 3200G, to be clear, is a processor.

You can find your graphics card by following the instructions:

  1. Press Windows key + S
  2. Type Device Manager
  3. Click ">" beside Display adapters

Please update the description once you've found your graphics card.

as this occured randomly once i updated to 3.1.2.

Do you mean, since you've updated to 3.1.2, the issue started to happen with older Blender versions?

Hi @Jake-Manduca , please upload log files generated after the crash

Please open Blender's installation directory and double click on the blender_debug_gpu.cmd. This will start Blender in debug mode and create log files. Try to reproduce the
error again. Once it crashes or you close Blender manually the Windows Explorer should open and show you up to two files, a debug log and the system information. Add them
to your bug report by clicking on the upload button as shown in the screenshot below or via drag and drop. Please also upload the crash log located in C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Temp\[project name].crash.txt (or simply type %TEMP% into the path bar of the Windows Explorer).2019_12_04_upload_icon_developer_blender_org.png

Cannot upload files crashed file as it gives an upload error (File is 20MB+ so may be the cause).
Also couldn't use another file as it crashed when clicking save

Thanks for the file. Crash occurred at atio6axx.dll which is related to AMD GPU driver.
Did you try the suggested solution?
