Worked: 3.1.2
Caused by 80859a6cb2

Short description of error

Same as #99128 and #99520, but only "Generated" was fixed in 3.2.1, the rest of the "Texture Coordinate Node" outputs (Normal, UV, Object, Camera, Reflection ) are still getting blocky when the viewer moves away from the origin of the scene.
It affects only Eevee (viewport & render)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

View through the active camera (Numpad 0)
Open Shader Editor in one of Blender windows.
Change it from 'Object' to 'World' shader nodes.
Add 'Texture Coordinate' Node (Add/Input/Texture Coordinate)
attach the "Object" output to World Output "Surface" Input.
Change Viewport Shading to "Rendered"
Now move the camera far away and see how the Color gradients become "blocky"
