Summary

Interface Draw-styles: Basic Implementation and "Flat" Test Style

Depends on D1423

Adds basic stuff needed for draw-style option, a "Classic" style (which should look like current master) and a "Flat" style for testing (really similar to "Classic" style).

So far, differences between draw-styles are really small. Mainly some tweaks in draw-base initialization and radii. Guess we have to see how things further develop to find out if the current approach is the best one (implementation wise).

For reference, diff of drawstyle_classic.c - drawstyle_flat.c: P246

While useful as a reference, this seems to just remove the gradient from the default theme?.
think it would be good to have something more like 2.4x default (just as an example), before we went curved - for eg.

Closing this together with D1423.
