Summary

Tabs don't work with transparency for now, and so default theme should not use it. Transparency was also not meant to be on by default when 'Region Overlap' was enabled.

  • Set region color for all spaces

I've updated this to set the region color for all regions, namely removing the transparency default. Previously the 3D View was independently set and it seems the old version check is now redundant, so removed it. But if I incorrectly understood what it was doing then can bring it back.

Anything amiss?

If I remove by userprefs and starup.blend, start blender and enable Region Overlap

Then I get this:

Which case does this fix? - Id like to be able to redo the issue.

Also, the patch could set the alpha of the button without changing its color.
