The title says it all - adds an option to specify a different world for
individual render layers.

Not quite sure we should extend such an overrides at this point. This is something which should be covered by The Override Manifesto from @Dalai Felinto (dfelinto) and handled by the generic override system.

I second that. As far as 2.8 goes at least I would refrain to expand on existing override capabilities until the new override system is in place.
